Mitt Romney accused President Barack Obama of leading a rudderless foreign policy, saying Monday that the threat of conflict in the Middle East is greater than it was four years ago. As the President said, "Everybody always remembers the victory but they don’t always remember the bumps in the road; things always look good in retrospect". I just hope that in the next debate there will be more to talk about.
Mz. Kirkland,
ReplyDeleteI also enjoyed the debate and look forward to the next one, this Thursday with the vice presidential candidates. I will disagree with you about one thing in particular, foreign policy, it does need to be addressed and firmly. I want a leader that acts immediately and takes care of the possible dangers to America=))
I believe that Obama has a fine record on foreign policy. He has safely brought one war to a conclusion and has reduced our involvement in another. He has relentlessly pursued Al Qaeda, the group that attacked us, and killed its leader. Good for him.
ReplyDeleteI am also looking forward to the next debate.
ReplyDeleteyes, Mitt romney did accuse The president of many things. That is simply politics. His job is to make the president look awful and hopefully he can be the next US president.
